MICROSOFT SYSTEMS ENGINEER 

Role Description 
The Microsoft Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems based on Microsoft technologies. The role ensures a stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure that supports business operations and delivers an excellent user experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage server environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO). 

• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune). 

• Support virtualization (Hyper-V, Azure). 

• Manage security policies and access control (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint). 

• Plan and execute data backups and recovery. 

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. 

• Participate in migration, upgrade, and digital transformation projects. 

Skills and Knowledge 

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies and tools (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure). 

• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell). 

• Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection concepts. 

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactiveness. 

• Ability to work effectively with IT and business teams. 

Preferred Certifications 

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. 

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator. 

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
