ADD and Fortinet Host Event on ZInfV-1: Compliance Updates and Advanced Cybersecurity Solutions

Today, ADD and our strategic partner Fortinet successfully hosted a specialized cybersecurity event at Bistro Čad, bringing together organizations looking to strengthen their cyber resilience and prepare for the requirements of the new Information Security Act (ZInfV‑1).

In the first part of the program, Miha Petrač provided a clear overview of the key legislative requirements and highlighted the importance of a structured Gap Analysis as a starting point for assessing an organization’s current maturity level and identifying the steps needed to achieve compliance.

During the second session, experts from Fortinet showcased a set of advanced security technologies that enable a modern, scalable and integrated approach to protecting digital environments:

• FortiSASE – secure and consistent access for users and devices, regardless of location.
• FortiDLP – comprehensive protection against data loss and unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information.
• FortiDeceptor – a deception‑based technology that detects and isolates attackers already present inside the network.

The event provided participants with practical insights into the challenges introduced by the new regulation and demonstrated how Fortinet’s innovative solutions can significantly enhance the robustness and security of their IT infrastructures.
