The management aimed to implement a modern decision-support system that would provide a comprehensive overview of operations, enable cross-functional comparisons, and support advanced analytics.

Solution:

ADD designed and implemented an integrated business intelligence system based on the Microsoft Fabric platform and Power BI.

The project included:
• Establishment of a data platform with ETL/ELT processes
• Development of an analytical model for key areas: orders, sales planning, registrations, claims, inventory, products, spare parts, time to market, website analytics, receivables and liabilities
• Implementation of KPI indicators for performance tracking
• Preparation of reference Power BI reports
• User training using the “train the trainer” approach
